Life is complicated because it is not the same everyday.
A balanced life is not to allocate equal time/resources to everyone/everything.
It is to shift your focus from time-to-time.
Principles for a Balanced Life:
1. The greater the pressure, the more you need to focus.
2. When you shift your focus, you do not shift what is important in your life.
3. You shift your focus only for a short time because a shift in focus is temporary.
4. Shifting your focus does not mean you neglect basic survival.
