Sometimes, I really wonder if online sellers are telling the truth when they say they mailed out the items because I hate getting lost-mails which are kind of impossible.
Even post-office claimed that lost-mails are not possible as long as the return address is stated.

So far, I have only experienced 1 lost-mail incident in 2008, which I am sure the seller did not mail out my items as she did not reply to my emails.
But now, I have a strong feeling that I would be experiencing a lost-mail once more.
This time, I am not too sure about whether the seller mailed out my item because she replied that she had not experienced any lost-mails incidents before.
Moreover, she wrote the right address, put the right value of stamp and also stated the return address.

The thing is, it has been a week and I have yet to receive my item in my mailbox.

Luckily, she agreed to give me a 50% refund if I still don't receive my item by next week.
Now, all I can do is wait for a few more days to see if the item arrives or gets bounced back to her.

Well, I am not saying that all online sellers are irresponsible because there are some who are very friendly and efficient too.
Hence, I believe that trust is the key to settling deals online.
So, do buy from online shops only if you think you can trust them.

Also, I can assure everyone that I am not one of those dead-sellers out there, so feel free to approach me at my selling journal if anything caught your eye.

Love, Grace.
Trustable or not? I don't have the slightest idea.
